Fitting Appointment Process
Clients notify Clive of their preferred dates and then book a fitting appointment, with a fitting deposit of £45 (deducted from the final bill). We work with them to schedule a date that aligns with their personal needs, such as dietary goals or pregnancy and accommodate these into our diary. On the fitting day, clients should bring their shoes. They will have their fitting session, discuss any design alterations (like toiles, sleeves, etc.), and if necessary, arrange for any additional changes or add-ons.
